Have you ever been hard sell by your vet to purchase unnecessary products which they get high royalty commission? The favorite brands my vet try to sell me are: Eukanuba and Dermcare. I was advise that only dermcare has anti-fungai property when I mentioned I have Troy medicated shampoo. I went home and looked carefully at the troy label then found out Troy actually aid in treatment of fungai infections. (Troy medicated sell under $20 for 5 litres while dermcare sell for $28 250ml...wow..big big difference in price.

For some minor hot spot on my puppy skin, I was advise to give the puppy anti-biotic injection at the same time when my dog has 12 weeks vaccination. I refuse and suggest to my vet for external antibiotic cream. We were always con by our vet to use unnecessarily treatment and medication hence spend money for nothing.

Do you find your dog has lose stool when feeding the premium dog food recommended by your vet? I have tried eukanuba, Eagle Pack, Science Diet and Iams. They are all relatively inferior than raw diet.
